At Electric Scooter the Store, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Carefully place the electric scooter and all original accessories, chargers, and manuals into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
